Beacon Park's Halloween trail starts 10 October, three pumpkin farms are open and two fireworks displays fall on 6 November, plus 40 more dated listings.

Three pumpkin farms near Lichfield are open, Beacon Park’s Halloween puzzle trail starts on Saturday 10 October, and Embrace’s Danny McNamara plays The Hub on Thursday. After that the diary runs through half term and Halloween to two fireworks displays on Friday 6 November, at Lichfield Rugby Club and Lichfield Golf and Country Club, and Remembrance Sunday on the 8th.

Updated 5 October: last weekend’s Chamber Music Weekend and Enlighten removed; Danny McNamara, Talon, Robin Ince, Eddi Reader, Ice Age Adventure Live, Lindisfarne and Christmas in Ireland added; the rest re-checked against the organisers’ pages.

Everything below was read from the organisers’ own pages and booking systems on 29 September and re-checked on 5 October 2026, and every entry links to its source. Prices are the lowest ticket price the organiser publishes. Where an organiser prints no price or no time, we print none. For places that are open whatever the month, see our guide to things to do in Lichfield.

Our page on parking in Lichfield has the car parks and tariffs. If you are coming by rail in October, check the Lichfield Trent Valley closures first, and the roadworks and travel page before driving. The National Remembrance Gardens, the former Arboretum, are at Alrewas, about eight miles from the city, and charge for parking.

This page is rewritten as organisers confirm new dates. Every listing was checked against the organiser’s own page on 5 October 2026. Dates can still change, so use the links before you travel. More in our What’s On section.
